Reservations required on or before Tuesday, October 9, 2007

Cost:

Adult : $12
Student : $10
Children under 8 free

There are two ways to make a dinner reservation:

Option #1 (Cash or check payable to "Tagore Festival")

a.) Deliver the check or cash to Channing Murray Foundation Building, 1209 West Oregon, Urbana, Illinois.

Office hours: 11:30 am to 2:30 pm, Monday-Friday.

b) Mail your check or cash well in advance with name and number of student/non-student participants.to

Include a note indicating the name and number of student and non-student participants. Please also send an email note to channingmurrayfoundation@gmail.com to let us know about the reservation. Your reservation will be confirmed by email as soon as we receive your check or cash.

Option #2 (Credit/Debit card)

Requirements:

a) major credit/debit cards can be used

b) you will need to have a gmail account (or have to get one during the purchase) to complete the transaction

c) please send an email to champaign-tagorefest@hotmail.com with name and number of student/non-student participants.
